In the occasion of promotion of Dr. Colonel Nguyen Duc Thuan, former General Director of GAET, Chairman of Metco, to a position of Deputy Commander of Troops 12, Metco’s directing staff and departmental managers have visited the head quarter of the Troops 12 for congratulation.
