2012 METCO EMPLOYEE ANNUAL CONFERENCE

At 8:15am March 22, 2012 in the Main Hall of the Guest House T66 – MOD, Economic Technology JSC (METCO) organised Annual Employee Conference I. Under the guidance of the Metco Chairman Mr. Nguyen Duc Thuan, GAET GM, the conference was the most successful. Honour participants of the conference were: GAET Union Secretary, leaders of Admin and Finance departemnts.

On behalf of Metco Jsc, Mr. Trần Mạnh Hùng GM had presentation to the conference. The report was presented on business and other aspect achievements of the company in 2011 and also on directives and targets in 2012

In the conference, representatives of core centers, institution and functional departments had presented speeches, arguments and discussion on company achievements in 2011 and also pointed out weaknesses that the company faced in 2011. The participants contributed advises and measures to the conference in order to meet the goals of 2012. In general, all participants regonised achievement and measures to be applied to develop the conpany .

The conference introduced delegates to the GAET annual employee conference in compiances and standards. The conference had shown a high spititual unity of the company employees and leaders.

         During the conference, awards were presented to outstanding empoyees for their contribution and achievement in 2011.
